Eligibility for Refunds

  • One-time purchases: Eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase if the product or service has not been materially used.
  • Subscriptions: You may cancel anytime. Refunds for subscription charges are generally not provided for past billing periods, except where required by law.
  • Trial periods: If a free trial is offered, charges incurred after the trial are non-refundable once the billing cycle starts.

Requesting a Refund

Non-Refundable Items

  • Fees paid to third parties (e.g., payment processors) that are non-refundable under their terms.
  • Usage-based or metered fees already incurred.

Cancellations

You can cancel a subscription at any time effective at the end of the current billing period. Access to paid features remains available until the period ends. To avoid future charges, cancel before the renewal date.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for Services. If you experience issues, please contact support and we will work to resolve them promptly.

Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is in error, contact us first so we can investigate. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may slow resolution. We will provide documentation to the payment provider as needed.

EU/UK Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you may have additional rights under local law, including a right to withdraw from certain online purchases within 14 days. These rights apply to the extent required by applicable law.

How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider and may take up to 10 business days after we approve the refund.
